Please consult with staff at the branch libraries regarding submitting Course Reserves.
- Please submit materials at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the semester.
- Please wait until you receive confirmation that processing is complete before assigning reserve materials to students. Factors that can delay the processing of reserve requests (e.g. a book needs to be recalled, a book is missing, a patron has a book and has yet to return the book, etc.) are sometimes unavoidable.
- Submissions made after the beginning of the semester are processed as quickly as possible.
